96% refund of deposit if booking is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival date.  If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, no refund.   Extended stays based on availability.   All prices are quoted per night, per room and are in US Dollars.   Please Add 9% Hotel Tax To The Published Rates.
